My ears have been ruined by point-to-point, hand-wired, silver-solder, oxygen-free audiophile grade amps, components, speakers, interconnects, etc. I have an extensive vinyl library. I have boxes of NOS spare tubes. I am known to others as the "fuss pot" when it comes to background noise, equalization and room dynamics. I can tell you if I'm listening to a mid-hump in an eq, or whether the eq dials were set to a smile or a frown during mastering in the studio.

The Libratone speaker satisfies my spoiled-brat-ears. It isn't the same level of angels singing as a $20,000 rig but it is by far the best bang-for-the-buck audio purchase I've ever made. Listening to mp3's over AirPlay is actually tolerable, and I am a spoiled whinerbaby who has spent tens of thousands of dollars on audio equipment over the last 20+ years. You won't be dissappointed with the speaker/amp combo in the libratone package.

This is by far....One of the best products I have ever purchased. I am very impressed with the quality of sound and appearance of the product. I replaced my high end surround sound system with this single unit. It was extremely easy to set up and functions very well. The price, matches the quality!
